Companies such as Belfius, Duvel Moortgat, J&J, etc. are looking for new ways to train and develop their employees and clients. E-learning can be expensive and time consuming to develop, but in fact it shouldn’t. The days of meeting in a way too small room to follow a training are over. And this is where our client comes in. They have developed an SaaS platform for clients to make E-learning easy to develop, in a very didactic way.
In a post-Covid era, remote work, remote training, etc. is becoming the new standard. Our client knows perfectly how to focus on this new way of working. With a performing sales team in place, they’re looking to expand on a global level. Now, their BDR team needs to be guided and coached of course, and that’s why they’re looking for a BDR Team Lead.
Know your responsibilities

  • Guide the career development of entry-level salespeople.
  • Create an environment where people are comfortable to share and improve.
  • Help members of the team by setting up the BDR to AE track.
  • Set up a clear reporting structure for your team members.
  • Give feedback to sales management on how to improve to generate more qualified leads.
  • Provide day-to-day coaching; weekly 1:1, weekly shadow sessions and regular trainings.

What’s your profile?

  • Understanding of what enterprise SaaS selling is about, especially in an outbound generating structure.
  • Experienced in building ICP segments and continually improve them.
  • Knowledge in usage and integration of sales tools such as: Lusha, Outreach, LI Nav, Salesforce, etc.
  • Experienced in building a sales–marketing collaboration to process inbound leads effectively and set up campaigns.
