Experienced Account Executive ready to grow towards Head of Sales

Our client is a scale-up in Amsterdam that combines digital selection tools and AI into a SaaS platform designed to help hiring managers and HR departments in their recruiting processes. They’ve been around for 3 years and are rapidly growing, in revenue and in team size. As we speak, their team consists of 13 employees, but by the end of the year, another 7 people will have joined the team. And one of them could be you! Right now our client is looking for a Senior Account Executive that’s willing to grow into the Head of Sales.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing the sales pipeline
- Leading product demos, negotiating and closing large deals
- Laying foundations for strong, long-term customer relationships
- Becoming an expert in the product and adding value to each conversation
- Helping develop and implement new strategies
- Working closely with the sales and marketing team
- Investing in your own personal and professional growth
Your first 6 months in this role will be spent getting a deep understanding of the product, the company, and the market. As of then, you’ll be taking over the responsibility of managing the Sales department from the CEO.
Your profile
- 5-10 years of sales experience
- Experience managing the complete sales cycle
- Strong motivation to learn and grow
- You thrive in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment
- You love a good challenge and like to take initiative
- You’re fluent in Dutch
- You live in or around Amsterdam
