Head of Sales for a MediaTech scale up

Headlight is hiring for a Head of sales for an Belgian Saas company with an amazing product and track record.  (30% yoy growth in an enterprise niche market)
  
With joining this company you can become part of a highly valued media technology company with client markets in European, American and Asian territories.
  
With a VP sales on board they hope to steer a small team into the next phase of growth.

The profile they are looking for will have a three folded role:
  

• You are leading and managing a global sales team
• You are setting up a structure and sales process
• You are putting in your weight to close million dollar deals

  
We need a pragmatic, hands on people person with a track in expanding sales team and setting up a scalable structure in start or scale up environments (preferably in tech)
