Our client is a provider of IT solutions and services, looking for an ambitious Sales Representative to join their dynamic “Data 4 Decisions” department. With over 450 employees and several offices in Belgium, they cater to mid-sized and large companies, turning data into powerful insights.
  
 
The Role:
  
Your mission is to engage new customers and guide them through their data challenges. Don’t worry, you don’t have to be an IT wizard from the start. What we’re really after is your innate commercial spirit and your curiosity about the IT world.
  
As a Sales Representative, your journey will involve managing the entire sales cycle. This includes identifying potential clients, tailoring solutions to their needs, and leading negotiations to a successful contract signing. You’ll also develop strong relationships with key players in the industry, collaborate with our technical teams to build custom solutions, and meet your personal and team objectives.
  
You won’t be left on your own. Right from the first day, you will be mentored and guided by a sales coach, for the duration of the first three months.
  
 
Your Profile:
  
You’re the perfect fit if you have a degree in management, business, economics, or IT, coupled with traits like proactivity, autonomy, and a solution-oriented mindset. Your interpersonal skills, self-learning abilities, and a focus on results will be strongly valued as well.
  
Bilingualism in NL/FR and a knack for negotiation are big pluses.
