Our client, a provider of a state-of-the-art learning platform, is expanding rapidly due to international success and customer demand. They are on the lookout for a Sales Manager based in Belgium to propel and solidify their market position.

The Role:

  • Lead and manage a dynamic sales team across various Belgian locations.
  • Drive sales growth by monitoring performance, coaching, and support.
  • Report to the CCO, contributing to strategic sales plans and objectives.
  • Engage with multiple departments to align team goals and achieve targets.

Your Profile:

  • At least 7 years in sales and a minimum of 1 year managing a sales team.
  • Skilled in developing and implementing sales strategies.
  • Proficient in coaching and managing a sales team, with a focus on achieving targets.
  • Strong communication skills in Dutch, French, and English.
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities and handle international cultural nuances.
